What does it cost to have the party room exclusive for my event?

There is no room fee on the party room, but there is a minimum spend that must be met. This varies depending on day and time, but can usually be reached easily by setting up an open bar package and/or pre-ordering food for the group. Or, we can reserve tables for your group at any time for no cost!

Does my party have to pay a cover charge?

No, there is never a cover at The Irish Exit!

How far in advance should I book my party?

The earlier the better! If you are interested in the private room, please let us know ASAP so we can find an available date. To set up a special for your group and/or reserve tables we recommend a week or two at least, but can still get you on the calendar until a few days before.

Does the Birthday Boy or Girl drink free? What if there is more than one guest of honor?

Yes, anyone who is celebrating their birthday or is the guest of honor gets their open bar for free! All Guests of Honor need to be on the reservation.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can bring?

We ask that you have 10 people or more if you are setting up an open bar package. There is no max – the more the merrier!

What do my guests have to do when they arrive?

There will be an event coordinator waiting for you inside the front door to check in your party. Please make sure that your guests have proper identification and cash if they are purchasing the open bar before arriving.

Does my party all have to arrive at the same time? Do I have to be there first?

No, your guests can all arrive separately – each person just needs to check in under the Guest of Honor’s name with the event coordinator by the front door upon arrival. You do not need to be first.

Can I bring a cake and/or decorations?

Yes, if you have a table reserved you can bring a cake and decorate the table as you please. We do not allow outside food other than desserts.

The event at the Irish Exit was great! I thought you were very accommodating and worked with my budget for the company holiday party (which wasn't big so it was nice to still have a great event with drinks and good food and yet stay within my budget). The space is great - especially the two fireplaces and private bar - it makes for a nice private event. The staff was great and the food was really good - a lot of people commented on how good it was. Thanks again for all your help - I hope we get to do another event there soon!

The part party was a great success with many people asking that we make sure to book early with you for next year's party! The premises were excellent for our needs - a decent sized room with plenty of space for dancing and to rest. Having the bar in the function room was also great as no-one had to search for a waitress for a drink and people didn't have to leave the party to congregate at the bar. The bartender did a great job ensuring everyone was served. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The food was enjoyed by everyone - I didn't receive any complaints that it didn't taste good or that there wasn't enough. I can't say I really noticed as I was too busy having fun. So, on the whole, the evening was enjoyed by everyone and we look forward to coming to your bar again. I can't honestly tell you how to improve as we all thought it was excellent. Thank you very much for all your help in fixing things for us.
